Managed Services Operations Intern

Your Team Responsibilities

MSCI is seeking a Managed Services Operations Intern as part of our Global Managed Services Operations team. As a member of our team, this candidate will be responsible to assist with continuous process improvement, automation initiatives, and integrating AI for Managed Services Operations to achieve our operational goals more efficiently. Managed Services Operations Intern will also work with product developers and telemetry teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of AI solutions into daily operations for Managed Services with focus on improving the efficiency of daily operational tasks:

- Identify operational efficiency alerts. Assist in integrating AI to tools in monitoring key performance indicators and operational data to detect deviations from expected performance and generate alerts; further contribute by defining thresholds and analyzing alert data for improvement

- Collaborate with Product Developers. Assist in developing AI-driven projects for Managed Solutions by providing support in coding, testing and debugging. Interns will be participating in meetings and workshops related to the project.

• Optimize File Management and Process Monitoring Scripts and Tools:

- Review and enhance existing scripts to improve efficiency and reduce errors

- Implement new automation for repetitive manual tasks.

• To collaborate with internal teams on process improvement initiatives for Managed Services Operations, with a particular focus on PowerBI reporting:

- Participate in meetings and workshops with internal teams to discuss the ideas and strategies

- Create reports and dashboards that will improve data gathering and analysis of the team using Power BI

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

• Course: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other Programming related course with exposure to AI, Python, Linux and batch scripting
• Knowledge or experience on Data Analytics and Power BI
• Proficient in Excel; Excellent comprehension and analytical skills
• Experience with XML, Autosys, and Airflow is an advantage
• Must have experience with AI, creating scripts and data analysis
• Must be taking bachelor’s degree with focus in Finance, IT or engineering
• Can join the internship program from June to October 2025
