Lead the design and development of .NET backend services and React front-end applications supporting Private Assets platforms.
Drive effective use of AI-assisted development tools to improve team productivity, code quality, and delivery consistency.
Own Git and Azure DevOps workflows, including branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
Actively participate in production ownership, including deployments, monitoring, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with Product, Platform, DevOps, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
Design and optimize SQL Server data access patterns for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Build and maintain cloud-native solutions on GCP from a developer perspective, including deployment patterns and operational readiness.
Make engineering decisions with awareness of performance, scalability, security, and cloud cost implications.
Mentor and support software engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best-practice sharing.
Design, implement, and maintain complex .NET services and React applications with minimal supervision.
Translate business and product requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
Apply AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, reduce defects, and standardize patterns across the codebase.
Lead debugging and troubleshooting of complex issues across distributed systems and production environments.
Own end-to-end delivery of features, from design through deployment and post-release support.
Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and development workflows in Azure DevOps.
Ensure production readiness, including logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational documentation.
Optimize cloud resource usage on GCP, balancing cost, performance, and scalability.
Review code for quality, security, and maintainability, and enforce engineering standards.
Guide and mentor junior engineers, supporting skill development and technical growth.
Strong software engineering fundamentals with deep experience in object-oriented design, system architecture, and distributed systems.
Extensive hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core, building scalable, production-grade backend services.
Strong front-end expertise with React, including performance optimization and complex state management.
Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery speed and code quality.
Advanced proficiency with Git and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and release management.
Strong expertise in SQL Server, including query optimization, schema design, and performance tuning.
Demonstrated ability to debug complex production issues using logs, metrics, traces, and debugging tools.
Solid experience developing and operating applications on GCP, with an understanding of cloud-native patterns.
Strong understanding of cloud cost drivers, optimization strategies, and cost-aware architectural decisions.
Experience owning production systems, including incident management and root-cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills, technical leadership ability, and a track record of mentoring engineers.
