““I aim to be approachable and relatable.

I was once was fresh out of varsity without a lot of knowledge of finance, so I extend the same grace and understanding to my team. Everyone learns, communicates and connects differently and that’s what makes us stronger. My own mentor always has time to take a call from me and offer guidance, and that support has been life changing, career altering. I want to provide the same for my team.”
