Project Manager

Your Team Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Project Managers and Implementation Consultants located in our Sofia office who are primarily responsible for onboarding total plan clients in the EMEA region
• Report directly into the Head of Total Plan Onboarding and serve as team lead and subject matter expert for onboarding Total Plan clients within EMEA
• Engage and influence MSCI product and solutions offerings with a client centric view and collaborate with internal teams to deliver on improvements
• Establish execution strategy in coordination with leadership for the region, while establishing standard best practices globally. Engage on regional deal pricing and SoW creation to ensure roles & responsibilities are clear on each deal. Propose and drive adaptation of onboarding best practices within the EMEA onboarding team.
• Communication: Manage clients and internal MSCI stakeholder communications and expectations while maintaining Onboarding team priorities and remit.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and integration projects.
• Provide a detailed overview of projects to both clients and management.
• In collaboration with management and stakeholders, define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support the initial and ongoing relationships with our clients.
• Set and clearly communicate expectations to Clients, team members and stakeholders in a timely fashion.
• Plan and schedule project meetings with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans & regional program plans.
• Determine the content for status updates as well as their frequency.
• Memorialize projects for ongoing relationships with clients and for Client Support teams.
• Coordinate required meetings between MSCI and clients.
• Perform any other functions, including administrative activities, as required by management.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

• At least 5 years of experience on project management methodologies and best practices, with hands on experience as a project coordinator and working directly with client and internal stakeholders to achieve mutual outcomes
• At least 3 years of experience with developing and implementing execution strategy, specifically around operational transformation and operational hyper-efficiency across multi-functional teams
• Ability to multi-task and be able to work on multiple projects at the same time, while effectively program managing total regional delivery program portfolio. This is in addition to client deliveries owned by you as an implementation manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrable experience with influencing non-implementation teams to improve MSCI offering, and follow-through to improvement delivery.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
