Your Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operating Officer for Analytics, this internship offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact business intelligence and automation initiative within MSCI’s Analytics product line. You will help reshape how we track execution, measure performance, and drive accountability across teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and building dashboards that provide real-time visibility into delivery metrics and execution performance
• Leveraging AI to implement processes that scale and make teams more efficient
• Analyzing trends to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improved efficiency
• Developing tools that consolidate action items and automate execution workflows
• Presenting insights through clear, compelling visual formats for senior stakeholders

• Enhance decision-making through real-time visibility into execution gaps
• Empower Product and Program Managers to prioritize and act more effectively
• Increase team productivity by streamlining tracking and improving transparency

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

• Undergraduate degree (in progress), in a relevant subject, e.g., economics, finance, financial engineering, mathematics.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly driven work ethic, deep attention to detail and good team player
• Curious, innovative mindset with a desire to challenge the status quo and drive change
• Strong analytical, data driven and problem-solving skills, ability to break down complex issues.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work under time constraints
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for excellence
• Proficiency in coding with Python, SQL, or similar languages is preferred but not required
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) to turn data into actionable insights
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
