MSCI’s Korea Coverage team is looking for a Sales Specialist to continue to support the growth in Korea.
Institutional Sell-Side sales coverage for MSCI (The role’s primary product responsibility is Index, but it may also be assigned responsibilities related to Sustainability and Risk Analytics.)
Achieve forecasted revenue, renewal and profitability targets
Nurture existing relationships and prospect aggressively to establish new ones
Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve cross-segment opportunities and synergies
Strong understanding of financial markets and Sell-Side product landscape, use cases and end users
Good understanding of active and passive index fund strategies
An understanding of the Sustainability and Climate, Risk Analytics, and Private Asset
Understanding of and/or experience of strategic and consultative selling
Ability to develop and manage sales efforts to build and manage a pipeline of potential revenue
Demonstratable oral, written and presentation skills
Positive attitude coupled with self-drive
Comfortable working in fast growing, rapidly changing environment.
University graduate and/or with professional qualification, e.g. CFA, FRM, etc
7+ years of experience in financial services, ideally with direct exposure to index solutions, market data, or investment products.
Oral and written fluency in English and Korean required
