Join MSCI's Private Assets COO organization and play a pivotal role in scaling the operational excellence behind one of the firm's most strategic and fastest-growing business lines.

You'll help shape how our Product organization operates, creating the foundation that allows teams to deliver world-class solutions to clients across private markets.
Working at the center of Product, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Marketing, Coverage, and Business Technology, you'll influence how cross-functional teams collaborate, make decisions, and execute against strategic priorities. Your work will directly improve transparency for senior leadership, strengthen governance across the organization, and help ensure that our most important initiatives are delivered successfully.
This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and is passionate about building scalable operational capabilities that drive business impact.

Be the steward of the Private Assets Product operating model, ensuring teams execute consistently, efficiently, and with clear accountability.
