Your Team Responsibilities

Strategic Program Support

Support the planning and execution of technical programs and operational initiatives that align with customer needs and business priorities. Assist in managing a mix of short-term client requests and longer-term technical projects, helping balance timelines, priorities, and dependencies effectively.

Collaboration and Coordination

Partner closely with stakeholders across engineering, product, operations, and client-facing teams to support project execution and delivery. Build strong working relationships across teams and contribute to driving alignment, communication, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Delivery and Execution

Support the end-to-end coordination of technical programs, ensuring projects are tracked effectively and delivered on time with high-quality outcomes. Contribute to maintaining project plans, identifying risks, escalating blockers where needed, and helping teams navigate dependencies and execution challenges.

Customer and Stakeholder Focus

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and support successful project delivery. Help ensure customer and business goals are met through effective coordination, operational planning, and ongoing communication.


A successful TPM will bring an AI-first mindset —leveraging development, automation and productivity AI tools to drive innovation, design and delivery of complex shared services with clarity and precision.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Use “AI-first” mindset: for new problems, ask whether an AI/ML solution can help before manually reinventing.
  • As a hands-on enabler, you will be able to quickly prototype workflows, dashboards, or UI concepts using AI-assisted tools (e.g. Lovable, GPT, Figma AI). It is a huge differentiator.
  • Support the execution of short-term Business Units & client requests and longer-term technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including engineering teams, product managers, clients, and internal partners to help align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring stakeholders are regularly updated on project status, risks, dependencies, and key milestones.
  • Understand client and business requirements and assist in translating them into actionable tasks and project plans for technical teams.
  • Track project progress, identify risks and blockers, and proactively escalate issues to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Support implementation of project management best practices, documentation standards, and operational processes to improve execution efficiency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, communication, and delivery processes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide ongoing coordination and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while demonstrating accountability, organization, and attention to detail.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in technical program management, project coordination, technology operations, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
  • Foundational understanding of technology concepts including cloud services, AI/ML, APIs, web applications, or enterprise platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project updates, risks, and action items.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to execution.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, agile delivery methodologies, and cross-functional program coordination.
