We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for MSCI’s Real Estate solutions in North America. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain knowledge in commercial real estate with a strong understanding of our core client segments—Asset Owners and Asset Managers—is essential.
The successful candidate will be fluent in the strategic objectives, operational models, and evolving challenges facing these clients, and will tailor marketing strategies to reflect their priorities and decision-making processes.
This individual will work cross-functionally with product management, sales, research, and communications teams to launch and promote offerings that address the evolving needs of institutional real estate investors and managers globally.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for MSCI’s Real Estate products and solutions, with a focus on the specific needs and decision-making journeys of Asset Owners and Asset Managers in North America.
Craft client-centric messaging, positioning and value proposition that reflect the investment priorities, regulatory drivers, and operational models of institutional real estate investors.
Create and manage high-impact marketing content and campaigns, including thought leadership, webinars, product collateral, and web content that resonate with our key client segments.
Partner closely with product management from the earliest stages of product development—testing market demand, validating use cases with key client segments, and ensuring offerings are aligned with real industry needs. Lead the development of go-to-market (GTM) strategies
Lead competitive and market intelligence efforts, staying ahead of evolving trends in commercial real estate, technology (including AI), ESG, and capital allocation strategies used by institutional investors.
Collaborate closely with coverage management teams to support pipeline development, provide client-facing materials, and drive strategic account engagement.
Support and enhance sales enablement by equipping client-facing teams with positioning guides, pitch materials, and training aligned to the client segment’s pain points and value drivers.
Champion the use of AI and analytics in developing scalable marketing approaches and delivering more personalized, insights-driven client experiences.
Partner with the digital teal to measure and report on campaign effectiveness and engagement across client segments to refine strategies and maximize impact.
