The Sr. Associate, Digital Marketing will own specific digital marketing journeys supporting one of MSCI’s core lines of business. Serve as a subject matter expert and consultation on behalf of the digital team, fielding questions and collaborating with other marketing partners.
Informed by MSCI strategy - this candidate will be responsible for mapping the client journey within their portfolio and identifying the right marketing delivery channels, KPIs, and levers to optimize campaigns to meet business objectives. The MSCI digital ecosystem is broad and includes paid, earned, and owned channels (inclusive of the authenticated web space).
This position plays a critical role in driving growth for the MSCI lines of business, such as Analytics, Climate & Sustainability, and Indexing. By achieving this growth, this role will help to move the marketing function from a support to a growth catalyst in the organization.
The ideal candidate will be a growth marketing expert with proven experience in building and managing B2B marketing campaigns, delivering results and building credibility across the organization. Having an entrepreneurial spirit and appetite to reapply expertise in a high-growth environment will be vital in being successful in the role.
Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Marketing Optimization and Performance, who reports up to the Global Head of Digital Marketing Experience, this individual will be joining an organization that is growing at an extraordinary pace driven by product innovation and expansion of client use cases. The marketing and communications organization is a key player in driving the company’s ambitious growth plans and as such plays a key role in the company strategy definition and implementation. He / she will partner with the Product Marketing, Brand, and Content teams based across several locations.
Your key responsibilities: Growth Marketing, Acquisition Marketing, Segmentation Strategy, Digital Marketing, Website Strategy, Landing Page Optimization, Search Engine Optimization, Program Management, Customer Experience, A/B Testing, and Marketing Partnerships.
