Solution:
Private Assets
Role Category:
Hybrid

Your Team Responsibilities

We will drive regional growth across Southeast Asia by offering technology-enabled, data-driven insight solutions tailored to the needs of leading asset owners (AOs) and asset managers (AMs) in the region. Our core offering will combine advanced analytics, market intelligence and real-time data to help institutional clients make informed investment, asset-management and portfolio decisions — from property valuation and market-trend forecasting to risk assessment and occupancy-demand analysis

We will build and manage a robust regional sales pipeline, targeting major institutional investors and fund managers across SEA markets, engaging with them through consultative selling to convert prospects into long-term clients. We will translate complex data and technology capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions — showing how our solutions can deliver improved decision-making, operational efficiencies, and competitive advantage.

We will work closely with cross-functional teams — analytics, product, client success — to ensure our offerings remain aligned with evolving regulatory, market and economic dynamics in different Southeast Asian jurisdictions. In doing so, we will help our clients unlock insights, reduce risk, and capitalise on emerging opportunities across the region’s growing real-estate and investment landscape.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead regional business development efforts across Southeast Asia — driving sales of advanced, technology-enabled and data-driven insight solutions to the largest asset owners (AOs) and asset managers (AMs) in the region. Leverage data analytics, market intelligence, and real-time insight tools to demonstrate value and support institutional clients’ decision-making. Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients across SEA markets, proactively pursuing new opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships. Translate complex data and technology capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to institutional investors and fund managers. Work closely with cross-functional teams — product, analytics, client success — to ensure delivery of solutions that meet market needs, while adapting to regulatory and market dynamics across diverse Southeast Asian jurisdictions.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

You are a commercially minded sales professional, well placed to contribute to a Southeast Asia–focused real-estate team, bringing a solid foundation in commercial real property and a deep understanding of the region’s growth dynamics. With experience in insurance or banking, you add financial and risk-assessment rigour – a valuable asset when dealing with institutional clients or cross-border investments. You excel at strategic, consultative selling, and understand the importance of recurring or subscription-style business models — making you well positioned to support asset-management or ongoing service offerings rather than purely one-off transactions.

You are adept at building and managing a robust sales pipeline of potential revenue opportunities — a critical strength in SEA’s rapidly evolving real-estate market, where demand for commercial, industrial and mixed-use assets is increasing amid growing foreign investment and urbanization.

With strong oral, written and presentation skills, plus a positive, self-driven and adaptable mindset, you thrive in fast-growing, dynamic environments. You’re culturally aware, consultative, and ready to engage clients across diverse Southeast Asian markets — helping the team win business, build relationships, and scale sustainably.

““I aim to be approachable and relatable.

I was once was fresh out of varsity without a lot of knowledge of finance, so I extend the same grace and understanding to my team. Everyone learns, communicates and connects differently and that’s what makes us stronger. My own mentor always has time to take a call from me and offer guidance, and that support has been life changing, career altering. I want to provide the same for my team.”
