Your Team Responsibilities

The Coverage Transformation team is driving change across how we engage clients, generate opportunities, and scale our sales organization globally. As new tools, processes, and enablement programs roll out, we need a Transformation Specialist in APAC to ensure strong local adoption and continuous improvement.

This role is not about passive support. It’s about being proactive, identifying challenges before they escalate, connecting teams, and driving solutions. The Specialist will play a critical role in translating global initiatives into local impact—supporting our sales teams with training, enablement, and on-the-ground execution.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a regional connector and problem-solver between Sales, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Client Coverage Teams Transformation teams to ensure successful program rollout and adoption
  • Proactively identify pain points or adoption barriers, escalate where needed, and work cross-functionally to drive resolution
  • Develop and deliver targeted enablement sessions, workshops, and learning materials tailored to local needs
  • Gather feedback from frontline teams, distill actionable insights, and help shape future process or tool enhancements
  • Support Salesforce and other key selling platforms through hands-on guidance, testing, and coordination of improvement initiatives
  • Analyze usage data and adoption metrics to identify behavioral patterns and improvement opportunities without relying solely on direct feedback
  • Build and maintain strong internal networks across regions and functions to anticipate needs and scale best practices

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, client success, or transformation/change management roles within global organizations
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, Salesforce, and enablement workflows
  • Proven ability to build relationships across teams and regions, influence without authority, and drive accountability
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills—comfortable leading live trainings, discussions, and feedback sessions
  • Naturally proactive mindset—someone who looks for gaps, acts on them quickly, and follows through to results
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills—able to translate adoption data into insights and targeted actions
  • Organized, curious, and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
