We will build and manage a strong regional sales pipeline, targeting major institutional investors and fund managers across Greater China markets. Through a consultative sales approach, we will convert prospects into long-term strategic clients. We translate complex data and technology capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions — demonstrating how our solutions enhance decision-making, improve operational efficiency and strengthen competitive positioning.
We will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including analytics, product and client success — to ensure our solutions remain aligned with evolving regulatory, market and economic developments across Greater China jurisdictions. In doing so, we will help clients unlock actionable insights, mitigate risk and capitalise on emerging opportunities within the region’s dynamic real-estate and investment landscape.

Translate sophisticated analytics and technology capabilities into clear, client-focused value propositions. Maintain strong market awareness of commercial real-estate trends and broader investment dynamics across Greater China to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
Proven experience in institutional sales within the commercial real-estate sector, with a strong understanding of market dynamics in Greater China. Exposure to insurance and/or banking sectors is advantageous, bringing valuable insight into financing structures and risk considerations.
Demonstrated success in consultative, solution-based selling and managing recurring-revenue business models. Strong track record of building and converting sales pipelines into sustainable revenue streams.
