Your Team Responsibilities

The Marketing organization at MSCI is a dynamic and fast-growing global function responsible for marketing and communicating our solutions and services to investors worldwide to help them build better portfolios.

Within this organization, the Sustainability & Climate Marketing team develops and executes strategies and campaigns that support MSCI’s growth objectives and market leadership in sustainability and climate across regions.

As a leading provider of sustainability and climate indexes, ratings, data, and analytical tools, MSCI continues to expand its global footprint with institutional investors, asset and wealth managers, banks, hedge funds, pension funds, advisors, and corporations.

The team works in close partnership with product, research, sales, PR, design, digital, and events teams to deliver integrated marketing programs that strengthen MSCI’s presence, visibility, and client engagement across the Americas and globally.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively to deliver solutions marketing campaigns across the Americas, from planning through execution, including audience segmentation, targeting, and success metrics.
  • Source, secure, and deliver on advertising and sponsored content opportunities to support product and research campaign goals.
  • Successfully project manage campaign deliverables cross-functionally at the firm and with external agencies and developers where necessary.
  • Develop and oversee content updates, creative ideas, and digital-first educational tools for Sustainability & Climate landing pages on msci.com.
  • Coordinate and oversee regular maintenance and updates of Sustainability & Climate evergreen collateral, pitchbooks, factsheets, and brochures.
  • Respond to requests from client coverage and product teams for new client-centric materials, prioritizing and managing workflow effectively.
  • Support the planning and execution of innovative digital and in-person events representing both regional needs and global priorities.
  • Manage the Sustainability & Climate awards program, including identifying relevant opportunities, coordinating submissions, and tracking results to enhance MSCI's industry recognition.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, including awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Monitor and maintain awareness of new trends and the changing landscape of sustainability and climate investing, including advances in regulation, reporting requirements, and asset owner commitments relevant to the Americas.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within financial services or professional services.
  • Demonstrated understanding and passion for sustainability, climate investing, and/or corporate responsibility in the investment context.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex sustainability and climate insights into clear, client-ready narratives.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and administrative skills with experience managing multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to embrace and take ownership of projects.
  • Global awareness and sensitivity in working across time zones and cultures.
