In this role, you will be assigned to support stakeholder groups in Technology, Finance and/or Marketing with their needs for quality third party services including Temporary Labor. You will serve as trusted partner and provide sourcing expertise, business insights, market knowledge and global perspective. You will have an opportunity to influence outcomes as you navigate stakeholders and suppliers through the sourcing, selection, and contracting process. You will work closely with your stakeholder groups to understand their objectives and better anticipate and/or respond to their needs. You will be expected to have a good understanding of commercial topics relating to Professional Services including pricing models, service delivery models, SLAs, etc. You will coordinate the sourcing lifecycle which includes managing RFPs or candidate sourcing events, performing due diligence on new suppliers, coordinating third party risk and privacy assessments, and working closely with Legal on master contracts for new suppliers, and SOWs for complex engagements. You will use your negotiating skills to reach favorable terms with global suppliers and occasionally resolve service disputes.
The role owns all related administrative tasks such as onboarding and creating purchase orders.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to running end-to-end sourcing events (i.e. RFP, Temporary Labor requests) with key emphasis on supplier selection, price negotiation and contracting processes. You will be responsible for educating your stakeholders on policies and processes that affect the procurement of services. In addition, you will help orient your assigned stakeholders to consider the ESG practices of their key suppliers. In addition to the strategic aspects of this role, there are recurring operational activities that you will be responsible for including issuing POs, coordinating onboarding for project resources, tracking, and supplier performance escalations.

Experience at a multinational firm
Sourcing specific:
Minimum of 5 years related work experience is required in the field of procurement and sourcing at least part of which must be sourcing Professional Services
Experience managing US based suppliers and stakeholders
Mastery in end-to-end sourcing experience including supporting key stakeholders, influencing and driving high exposure decisions
Experience sourcing Technology services is great to have
