Can you share a key decisions or pivotal moments you made in your career that contributed to your success and could inspire others?
After completing my bachelor's in engineering, I began my career at a services company where I thrived and felt comfortable. However, two years later I decided to pursue a master's degree, stepping out of my comfort zone to face new challenges. Looking back, this decision was a turning point on my journey to success.
I believe experience is the best teacher, and every challenge I embraced taught me something new. Each step, no matter how small, contributed to where I am today. To me, success is not a single leap but a series of small, consistent efforts. Hard work, discipline, and sincerity have been my guiding principles throughout this journey.
