What has been the most exciting part of jour career journey at MSCI so far?
“During my journey, I have worked with talented colleagues from across the globe on complex and exciting projects that make a real difference for MSCI's clients. Each country has its unique client segment dynamic, and the experience gained from supporting clients in various regions is very motivating. MSCI’s culture of collaboration and continuous learning has been both inspiring and fulfilling.”
What advice would you give to junior colleagues starting their careers at MSCI?
“For our junior colleagues, my advice is always to stay curious and be proactive: don’t be afraid to ask questions and learn from those around you. Taking ownership is especially important early on, as it builds credibility and trust. Alongside that, it’s important to build strong relationships and to look for ways to contribute beyond your immediate responsibilities. These habits reflect the spirit of our OneMSCI culture and are the key for a long-term and impactful career at MSCI.”
