Eduardo Dibildox

Eduardo’s journey at MSCI began in 2012 when he joined the firm in an Analytics Sales support role. During his time, his career developed from a support role into a leadership role guiding a team of 16 in Real Asset Operations. After a brief hiatus exploring a role at a real estate asset management company, Eduardo was drawn back to MSCI in 2021 to a global role for Market Intelligence within MSCI’s Index Product group.

Reflecting on his return, Eduardo shared, “I enjoyed my first experience at MSCI, and I was happy to come back. The new role requires an intrapreneurial mindset along with team development experience. It involves staying on top of market developments and trends along with extracting relevant insights that help uncover opportunities while informing our decision-making.”

Eduardo’s passion for staying attuned to market dynamics is a central theme in his Market Intelligence role and is what keeps him engaged.

“One of the elements that piqued my interest in this role was the need to stay ahead of what’s happening in the market. And as the market is consistently evolving, there’s a constant pursuit of trying to understand what’s going on. It’s a very dynamic role in an equally dynamic industry.”

Eduardo’s career journey has been marked by the exploration of various roles and products, and he returns to MSCI with a wealth of experiences and fresh perspectives. Additionally, he’s reconnected with former colleagues and expanded his network. He noted,

“When you step into the Monterrey office, there’s always a buzz. It’s a highly social community sharing a modern workspace that lends itself to learning and collaboration.”
