Your Team Responsibilities

Key support in financial analysis, operations and managing product leads & functional stakeholders. Candidate will be part of FP&A team which is involved in tracking financials, investments, operating metrics, building controls & enhancing transparency around the existing processes. Stakeholder and relationship management would be a key aspect of this role.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support preparation of financial and business analysis, summarizing key findings and insights for business units and senior management
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis, including FX impact reviews and responding to queries on delivered reports.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including data consolidation, validation, and variance analysis.
  • Support on Investment and associated benefits tracking
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports comparing actual results
  • Generate recurring and ad-hoc financial reports and assist in improving existing reporting processes.
  • Support standardization and automation of reports through BI tools, working with corporate finance IT as needed.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Around 5 relevant years of experience
  • Bachelors required, MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
  • Strong finance experience in a professional business environment is ideal
  • Accounting/FPA experience gained in both the public and private sectors
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Access & Power BI
  • Demonstrated proficiency in providing accurate and detailed financial analysis in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated Stakeholder Management skills
