MSCI Mexico Wins 'Best LGBTQ+ Place to Work 2024'

We are honored to announce that MSCI received the „Mejores Lugares para Trabajar LGBTQ+ 2024” certification by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, an organization established to promote LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace. The Foundation conducts annual surveys to assess LGBTQ+ inclusion within major Mexican and multinational companies with presence in Mexico and, based on the results, awards the „Best Places to Work LGBTQ+” designation.

This certification is an indicator of the recipient organization’s commitment to create an environment where LGBTQ+ individuals can thrive and advance their career, measured in different areas. These include the presence of robust Equal Employment Opportunity policies, an established and active Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council and public commitment to advancing LGBTQ+ issues.

We believe that diversity, equity and inclusion is the engine that drives the company and our culture, and we are proud that our efforts have been recognized by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.
