Each May, during Mental Health Awareness Month, we take time to reflect on the importance of mental well-being in our professional lives. It’s a meaningful opportunity to consider how we care for ourselves and support one another.
At MSCI, we believe that a healthy mind is the foundation for both professional success and personal growth. We encourage our employees to regularly check in with themselves and take time to assess their mental health.
To support this, MSCI offers a wide range of resources to ensure our employees have access to high-quality care when they need it most:
-
Our Here For You Employee Assistance Program provides confidential emotional support, resources, and guidance for personal and work-related challenges. Available 24/7, it helps employees navigate issues such as burnout, anxiety, relationship difficulties and grief.
-
myStrength Digital Tools offer support for managing common emotional and mental health challenges, including stress and burnout.
-
Our interactive Mental Health Awareness Toolkit includes a variety of resources designed to help colleagues recognize early signs of stress and take proactive steps to maintain mental well-being.
In addition to these year-round resources, this May we're bringing our community together through a month-long campaign built around four weekly themes: Mental Health Awareness, Mindful Living, Mind-Body Connection, and Commit & Sustain.
Each week features its own focus and a series of live webinars available across regions and time zones. Alongside the webinars, employees are invited to take part in local office initatives and daily wellness activities throughout the month.
This month — and every month — we encourage our people to take a moment for themselves. Whether it’s practicing mindfulness, reaching out for support, or simply checking in with a colleague, small steps can have a big impact on our overall well-being.
