MSCI wins Digital Learning Transformation Award

We are delighted to announce that MSCI has won the Digital Learning Transformation of the Year award on The Learning Awards 2023. This award recognizes our new approach to developing our employees, utilizing new platforms that allow our employees to access the learning resources they need on their own pace.

Last year, MSCI transformed the way we support the development of our employees in today’s fast-paced environment. We did this in response to listening to our colleagues about the ways they want to learn and when and how they prefer to access learning. Providing a digital solution and interactive experiences was sought after more than ever, so we looked for new ways to deliver learning for our employees.

Here’s how we changed the way our employees can access learning:

We have launched our new Development@MSCI site. This is our new home for learning and development with upgraded resources, tools and workshops to help our employees learn when and how they want.

In parallel, we launched our new digital learning experience platform called Learning@MSCI. The platform provides a personalized learning home page, including live workshops that automatically sync to our calendar and a variety of “self-paced” courses, ranging from videos, quizzes, certifications and structured learning pathways. In partnership with the Learning team at MSCI, employees now also can create learning content themselves to share their knowledge with their colleagues.

We also provided an integrated LinkedIn Learning Pro account for all employees, where they can access a vide range of courses to further deepen their expertise.

Thanks to these changes the vast majority of our employees are actively accessing brand-new, personalized learning resources. With over 130,000 Learning Resources viewed internally and more content being constantly designed, we are set up to help grow skills, knowledge and development needed to empower our colleagues to shape their own career experiences.
