LeaderShift: Strengthening our people manager capabilities

As we continue to serve our clients across all key segments, our people managers play a vital role at the firm. This year our global LeaderShift program has been expanded to all functions and product lines and includes managers at the Associate, Senior Associate and Vice President levels. The program is designed to equip our people managers with the skills needed to lead their teams successfully and model behaviours to develop their teams and build a culture of ownership, client centricity, performance and accountability. Driven by experiential development, it includes a local office kick-off, a community to collaborate with throughout and after the course, and self-paced learning. LeaderShift cultimates in an interactive two-day seminar, focused on Leadership in a Hybrid world, DE&I, understanding the bigger picture to drive results, influencing, and how to apply the learnings directly to their manager roles.
