The Future of Work at MSCI

As hybrid working becomes the new normal, we have shifted our attention from where we work, to how we work and we're involving our people every step of the way. Our Future of Work Community has over 350 members from across the firm and they are involved in discovery sessions, idea generation, focus groups, feedback and leading experiments.

We are thinking big and starting small by experimenting with ideas and piloting projects to drive innovation, engagement and business success. From new collaboration spaces and Culture, Learning and Community days, to enhancing our new joiner process we are reimagining how we collaborate, innovate and connect to each other and bring us closer to our clients. Together, we are shaping the future of work.
