Town halls with senior leaders offer direct insight into MSCI's strategy and direction, while regular career days, learning sessions and AI learning workshops enable you to develop the skills that matter.
The local chapters of our Employee Resource Groups and committees – including MSCI’s Women's Leadership Forum, the Climate Action Network, All Abilities and the Asian Support Network – each help build a culture where everyone feels valued, connected and knows they are an integral part of MSCI’s success.
Throughout the year, the office also hosts a variety of social events to bring our people together.
