Reporting to the Head of Global Employee Communications, the Corporate Communications Specialist will be responsible for building strategic communications programs that inform and engage employees, with a particular focus on MSCI’s Global Client Coverage organization (sales).
Your communication plans will help drive MSCI’s growth strategy by educating and aligning employees on our company’s evolution, growth catalysts and business priorities, with an emphasis on arming the sales organization with critical information that inspires and drives action. The wide remit of your communications will include product launches, marketing campaigns, change management programs, client wins, company milestones, corporate initiatives, thought leadership, events and beyond.
The person in this role will be a creative self-starter and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You will possess a strong drive to engage a vital internal audience charged with delivering all of MSCI to our clients to connect them to our company’s vision and motivate them to achieve our business goals.
