Position overview:

The HRMS Associate will be responsible for all aspects of HR data management, integrity and reporting. The position is housed within the HR Technology group in Human Resources and supports the reporting requirements of HR. We are looking for a dynamic Reporting professional with strong reporting knowledge and hands on experience with different Reporting Tools to be a part of our team. The role would require good analytical abilities, demonstrated capability in developing metrics and dashboards with propensity to manage and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing management reports/dashboards and presentation materials using data from a variety of sources and represent the data in a clear and intelligent format.
  • Effectively communicate/deliver the reports and related analyses using excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proactively reviews and analyses reports highlighting trends and areas for attention
  • Researches and responds to information inquiries and resolves / redirects as appropriate;
  • Ensuring the maintenance and integrity of HR data
Workday Reporting:
  • Should have experience in different reporting capabilities in WD such as Advanced, Matrix, trending etc.
  • Need to have an in-depth knowledge in calculated fields.
  • Knowledge in Workday BDA, BIRT and PRISM are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Should possess a good knowledge in xml, XSLT etc
  • Minimum one end to end Workday implementation project experience.
Desired experience and qualifications:
  • 4-5 Years of Reporting and Workday reporting experience
  • Database input and familiarity with HRIS and recruiting applications providing key source of headcount data (e.g., Workday Reporting, Taleo, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of databases in order to report via multiple hierarchies (e.g., by location, department, manager, product line, etc.
  • Attention to detail with great focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Preferably worked in a global setup and interacted with senior level management.
  • Ability to manage and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
