Position Overview Building upon their MSCI product, real estate and client specific expertise, MSCI Client Consultants manage and develop relationships with their portfolio of clients and client peer groups across regions. The successful candidate will ensure their clients receive valuable, tailored services from MSCI which support all parts of their organisation. Maximizing the value the clients receive from MSCI and their take up of relevant services. MSCI Client Consultants work closely with MSCI Sales, Client Service and Product teams. Responsibilities include: 1. Being clients' trusted advisor 2. Contributing to strategic business and global initiatives 3. Contributing to sales Scope of Responsibility 1. Being clients' trusted advisor � Project manage client relationships with specific clients and industry groups � Create client business plans, identify opportunities and forecast cancellations � Demonstrate success against those business plans � Broaden and deepen clients' usage of MSCI services and the range of client and prospect relationships . Make the link with the Client service and Data content service teams to ensure the quality of the services requested by the client � Conduct presentations on MSCI real estate results and client training � Stay aware of the latest industry trends, client needs, and MSCI real estate product development roadmap � Be up to date with Product Management training & give clients feedback to the Product Management team 2. Supporting strategic business and global initiatives � Own projects directed at improving clients' experience and realising efficiency gains � Attend client service training and comply with the guidance provided � Actively support campaigns and collaborate with other departments � Contribute to MSCI real estate Client Service training documents � Maintain accurate Salesforce management system records for your client (opportunities, cases, calls, visits, conversations, emails) � Actively contribute to the cross regional initiatives such as MSCI real estate Global Account Management 3. Contributing to sales � Maximising renewal rates and generating leads � Monitor and communicate clients existing level of take up, identifying gaps � Comply with MSCI real estate renewal & upsell procedures � Provide support during sales meetings Specific Knowledge/Skills Specific experience in the following areas: � Experience helping to develop and pitch investment opportunities, investment strategies, portfolio reviews, asset budgets internally to Portfolio Manager teams and/or Investment Committee � Experience supporting development and presentation of investment strategies internally and/or externally to investors, potential investors, or consultants Desired Experience � 5+ years of experience working for an Asset Owner/Insurance company, Asset Manager, Listed real estate company or real estate consultant in research/strategy, portfolio management, acquisitions, asset management or investor relations � Understanding of the global real estate investment industry, financial markets and investment processes � Relationship management experience � Strong analytical, communication, presentation, problem solving, negotiation and time management skills � Management experience (1+ years) is a plus � Language skills a plus Desired Qualifications BA, MA in real estate, finance, economics
