Position overview:

  • Support the development of a Business Intelligence (BI) framework within the Centralized

  • Reporting Group to optimize the delivery of data and information to business stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, document, test, maintain and troubleshoot interactive dashboards in QlikView / Qlik Sense as well as customized reports (in Excel)

  • Engage internally to understand information needs and partner to translate them into clear data requirements as well as optimal structures/layouts for dashboards and reports

  • Engage with the Corporate Finance IT team to understand data availability and limitations and help optimize processes that support BI, including data movement, quality rules, and exception handling

  • Establish, document, implement and help socialize a set of technical standards and best practices for and end-to-end BI framework

  • Knowledge of database concepts including database design and manipulation, and experience with writing SQL scripts

  • Mentor other team members on all aspects of a BI framework, including standard use of QlikView / Qlik Sense

Desired experience and qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing lifecycle experience

  • At least 3+ years of experience with QlikView Experience with report package development and framework modeling

  • Experience creating extract/transform/load routines from data sources including SAP BW, SAP R/3, MS SQL Server as well as other data sources

  • Solid experience developing complex QlikView data models. Must have strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL and PL/SQL

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Visio (or similar tool)

  • Excellent organizational skills – experience with Project Management a plus

  • Good/Positive attitude to learn new things
