Position overview: Marketing Reporting Enthusiast and Data Storyteller MSCI Marketing is looking for an analytics and measurement team member to help our department make data driven decisions that shape go-to-market and product development strategy, as well as periodic business process review/optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up reports to gauge success of digital marketing activities, partnering with marketing colleagues to develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing for web and email, and reporting on how marketing activities are impacting sales. We are looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to explore data to make an impact on improving our marketing outcomes. This position will help with requirements gathering and project management for analytics projects, producing static and dynamic BI (business intelligence), third-party in-tool reporting and base level analysis. Assist marketing managers by providing narratives to the data, root cause analysis, and assisting with predictive modeling/machine learning and test hypotheses. Responsibilities: TEAM: Work with the wider marketing team and work in collaboration with various stakeholders involved in web design, content, email, and analytics. Work with Subject Matter Experts in MSCI's IT department to ensure development and platform maintenance is meeting our needs. TOOLS: Work with a variety of business tools to gather and report on insights gleaned from data investigation, including Excel, Salesforce, QlikSense, Pardot, and Google Analytics OTHER DATA-RELATED PROJECTS: Part of your role will involve improving the data for reporting, including database clean up and recommendations. Desired experience and qualifications: 4 years practical experience with digital marketing or sales measurement, including web analytics, and lead generation Interest in uncovering stories from numbers Ability to present metrics to stakeholders in a meaningful way Attention to detail Minimum 2 yeara deep experience working with Google Analytics and Qlik Sense a must. Familiarity with basic SQL, Regex, Salesforce, Pardot, UTM parameters Experience with Qliksense or QLikview a MUST. google analytics, Microsoft excel, a requirement, pardot, salesforce.com, nice to have. attention to detail is key.
