Sales Operations Support Analyst (US Shift) - Manila,
Supporting the Americas Sales Team to ensure smooth account record set-up, opportunity creation/management, agreement record generation/management, contact record creation/management, and other relevant adhocs (Salesforce Cases) will be addressed accordingly on a day to day business operation.
Scope of Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day support to Sales in connection with the creation and management of various records in Salesforce while managing a close relationship with Sales to drive efficiency and improve turnaround time requests.
Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge on Microsoft Office programs
Knowledge with Salesforce.com
Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
Finance background, preferably with prior experience of the finance industry in a similar role
University / College degree is a must, with 0-1 years post education professional experience
Candidate may be willing to work US hours (non traditional shift)
Fluency in English is a must; any second language (French or Italian or German) is highly appreciated.
